there has been less time spend on the development of the sea wall and we would like to engage the public in a workshop to look at possibilities and options for that site. so just reviewing the time line a little bit. the announcement of the proposed project was made in may. in august the cac was r was formed. we have had four meetings to date and talk about water trust and overview. a meeting in september in which the transportation assessment framework was described. a second meeting in september to talk about design policies and the approach to design at the sites as well as a presentation by the warriors around their urban design sort of philosophy. that was followed in october where the actual project design for the arena was first unveiled and the findings of the fiscal feasibility report were reviewed there and the next meeting is december 11 which will encompass in part workshop report backs and including a report of the sea wall design workshop. this is just a calendar of the workshops that are -- that have occurred and the ones to be planned. we will have a transportation worksh

we had the sea breeze blowing and that carried with it the low clouds and fog. it's very thick approaching the coastline and we are seeing some mist, as well. the temperatures out around the bay area now running generally into the 50s outside. 57 in san jose. 54 in san francisco. we have some dense fog being reported in the santa rosa area. by the afternoon, this ridge is moved far enough east that we'll see more of that sea breeze carrying with it the cooler air off the ocean. that means temperatures stay way down much cooler than what we had yesterday. we had numbers in the 70s and 80s. today 5 to about 15 degrees cooler all around the bay area even colder tomorrow and there's a chance of rain too. we'll talk more with that in a moment. right now let's check the roads with elizabeth. >> live look at the bridges across the bay area. the san mateo bridge is free and clear. we can't see fog in the traffic cameras. that's good news. you can see the right side of your screen is the commute direction westbound 92, 14 minutes is the drive time between hayward and fos

celebrating the relationship we have between the city, the neighborhood and the sea services. i could thing of no better way to celebrate the rich maritime history than being here today and i would like to say that third fleet dialed up this weather for you, but that would be selfish on my part. i can tell you as a sailor entering into a port such as this, it makes you feel like coming home. and as you'll see today, the ships are recreating a path that has been crossed by millions of sailors dating back to our world wars, the golden gate bridge for many of them was the last thing they saw of the american soil and the first they saw when they came home. for us today, showing that recreating that path way if you will, it's a huge complement to the city for the way that you have always embraced our returning sailors, marines and coast guardsman that served forward and are finally coming home again. the parade of ships is a visible display of a partnership between the bay area and the sea services that has been strengthened. just this week, we brought together military leaders, lo
